Design and Development
TTL use 3D modelling software (SolidEdge, Siemens PLC) for all design tasks. Coupled with an in-house machining facility ideas can quickly be developed into working prototypes. Finished designs can be exported as CNC manufacturing files or traditional 2D technical drawings. Automated bill of materials is also offered with all assembly work.
Manufacturing
We have a flexible workforce that can deliver one-off projects right up to production runs of 1000's parts. We specialise in electro-mechanical assembly work but have delivered in the following areas:
